Remarks

Dropped samples (e.g., lost UDP packets) are inferred from the input timestamp cadence. Gaps up to this size are coasted by continuing the last phasors at the tracked frequency; larger gaps drop and refill the analysis window. A negative value means "auto" (one full analysis window); 0 resynchronizes on any gap.
