Parameters

buffer Byte: Binary image to parse.
startIndex Int32: Start index into buffer to begin parsing.
length Int32: Length of valid data within buffer.

Return Value

Int32
The length of the data that was parsed.

Remarks

The IEEE 1344 protocol provides frequency and df/dt as optional data measurements, so we override the default behavior to account for this change in operation.
