Parameters

data Byte: Data buffer to perform check-sum on.
startIndex Int32: Starts index in data buffer to begin check-sum.
length Int32: Total number of bytes from startIndex to perform check-sum over.

Computed CRC32 checksum over the specified portion of the buffer.

Usage Note
