Parameters

data Byte: Data buffer to perform checksum on.
startIndex Int32: Starts index in data buffer to begin checksum.
length Int32: Total number of bytes from startIndex to perform checksum over.

Computed Adler-32 checksum over the specified portion of the buffer.

Usage Note
