StringExtensionsToNonNullStringT(T) Method
Converts value to string; null objects (or DBNull objects) will return an empty string ("").

Stringvalue as a string; if
value is null, empty string ("") will be returned. In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
