- Default of zero (0) begins testing end of inString, otherwise The index from with to begin processing inString from RIGHT to LEFT
- occurrenceCount Int32 (Optional)
- The occurrence sought
- matchCase Boolean (Optional)
- Set to FALSE for case insensitive search
